How long has Wildflower Furniture been in business?

Wildflower Furniture was founded by Alison Raine & John Skoubourdis in 1994. The Warners Bay showroom was originally the factory & over time the showroom has expanded along with the Wildflower family. Recently handing the batten on to Renee Tuxford, with a new owner and location in 2024 we will take the Wildflower team into new joinery and furniture directions.

Where is the furniture made?

All of the Wildflower Furniture designs are made in our Cameron Park factory by fully qualified team of cabinet makers. All of our tradesmen started their apprenticeships with us and have stayed on since then.

What timber do we use?

At Wildflower Furniture, we primarily use Blackbutt and Victorian Ash solid Australian hardwood. This timber has a very light, blonde look to it which allows us to apply various stains to achieve different looks.
We have recently also started using a black hole Blackbutt which can be incorporated into any of our current designs.
We can work with other timbers if you desire. Simply contact us to get a quote.

How long does it take to get something made?

For most table orders the average waiting time is about 4-6 weeks.
For most other furniture orders the average waiting time is about 6-10 weeks.
The waiting times can vary depending the time of year & specifics of each order.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we can make custom orders. Simply contact us with your idea & we can bring your design to life with our 3D computer program. Although we can't do everything, we can do a lot.

How do I order something?

Our showroom is full of beautiful pieces ready for immediate delivery or pick up. Otherwise simply visit our showroom, send us an email or give us call on 0400 804 562 to place your order.
Unfortunately at this stage we do not have an online store. However look out for this space in the next month.
We only deliver locally in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & the Hunter Valley but if you need a quote for any other area please let us know.
